Awesome car, but the transmission is let down. P re F-Type Jaguar their transmissions are always the let down.

A regular old XKR is already cheap. The R-S here is going to take a bit longer (if ever) .
I’ve actually gotten to drive a XKR-S, albeit for a very short distance at a Jaguar event. It was wet and lightly snowing that day and they had the XKR-S for testing 1/4 mile acceleration. Needless to say there wasn’t a whole lot of traction available that day. I did enjoy taking a XFR around an autocross course though, setting fastest time in my group.
